This policy covers the PersonaKit website, memory-product waitlist, and the invited Trinity assistant pilot. A detailed Google data notice explains Trinity's optional Gmail and Calendar connection.

Website and demonstration

The memory examples on this website are fictional. Exploring them does not connect your accounts or send your chat history to PersonaKit. Cloudflare delivers and protects the website and processes technical request information such as IP addresses. On the live homepage, cookie-free Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits, referral sources, country, browser and device type, and page performance. We do not send form contents to analytics or use the website for advertising tracking.

Early-access waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, an optional public LinkedIn URL, whether you want to hear about PersonaKit memory, Trinity or both, your consent choice, and operational timestamps and delivery status. We use these to confirm your email and contact you personally about early access to PersonaKit memory or to Trinity. The waitlist does not collect personal AI memory or chat uploads. Cloudflare D1 stores the contact record; Google Workspace sends confirmation and follow-up email. We do not sell waitlist data or send a newsletter.

Unconfirmed requests leave the active list after seven days. Confirmed contact details leave the active list on request or after six months without personal contact. Deleted D1 records can remain in protected recovery history for up to seven days. Separate email correspondence and provider delivery records may persist outside the active list.

Trinity private pilot

Trinity is a separate, invitation-only chat assistant. It receives the messages and files you send in your Trinity chat and processes them to answer your requests and run capabilities enabled for your profile. Your chat service delivers those messages and replies. Relevant content may be processed by the AI model service that runs Trinity, depending on how your profile is set up: OpenAI, through Codex where that is allowed, or OpenRouter, which passes each request to the model provider that serves it. When a request needs a web search or a page read, the query or address may go to a search or page-reading service. We name each of these services in this policy before it handles pilot data. Connected services and their providers process data needed for the actions you request. Trinity's chat history, local logs, and profile memory may retain details used in an answer. Trinity is by invitation; joining the waitlist does not connect any of your accounts.

Each person's Trinity data is kept separate from everyone else's. When you approve an action, Trinity does that one action and asks again for the next. We do not sell your Trinity data, use it for advertising, or use it to train our own models.

Optional Google connection in Trinity

When Google sign-in is available for your pilot profile and you authorize an account, Trinity receives its email address and a refresh credential. For a request you make, it can access Gmail message metadata and contents or primary Calendar events, then use those data to answer you or perform the selected Mail or Calendar action. Available actions depend on the Google permissions that account has actually granted. Relevant Google content can be sent to Trinity's AI provider and returned through your private chat. Each connected account's token is stored separately within that person's Trinity profile on systems operated by PersonaKit; the sign-in relay on Cloudflare temporarily handles the authorization URL and code, but not mailbox content or refresh tokens. The account is not shared with another profile.

Credentials remain until you disconnect the account or Google revokes them. Disconnecting removes the credential from Trinity; it cannot recall messages already delivered to your chat service or to an AI provider. You can revoke Trinity in your Google Account settings at any time, or ask us to disconnect your account and delete your Trinity profile data by emailing trinity-support@personakit.me. Read the connection overview and detailed Google data notice for requested scopes, data handling, and choices.

PersonaKit's use of information received from Google APIs is limited to the user-facing features described in this policy and follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Choices and contact

You can ask to remove your waitlist record or request a copy of the contact details held in the active list by emailing hello@personakit.me. For Trinity Google connection questions or deletion requests, email trinity-support@personakit.me. We will explain any information held by a separate provider that we cannot remove directly.
