Trinity Google Mail
and Calendar

This optional connection lets a person in the Trinity private pilot ask the assistant to work with their own Google accounts in their private Trinity chat.

Connecting an account does not share it with another person's profile. Each person chooses which Google account to connect and can connect more than one. When several are connected, Trinity requires an account selection for Mail and Calendar actions.

What the connection supports

Available actions depend on the Google permissions the selected account has actually granted. Existing pilot connections may need a new Google consent before Gmail organization becomes available.

Trinity does not provide an action to delete Gmail messages or manage other Google services. An invitation to Trinity is separate from the Google connection: each person decides whether to connect an account.

How sign-in works

You open a short link at oauth.personakit.me, which redirects you to Google's own sign-in pages. A short-lived authorization code returns through that relay; Trinity exchanges it with Google. The relay temporarily stores the Google authorization URL and code, but does not receive your mailbox content or refresh token. The assistant checks Google's returned account address against the address requested for that private profile before saving a connection.

Your information

Mail and Calendar details relevant to your request may be processed by the AI model provider configured for your Trinity profile and returned in your private chat. See the detailed Google data notice for storage, sharing, retention, and deletion details.

To ask about access, disconnect an account, or request deletion, contact trinity-support@personakit.me. You can also revoke Trinity's access from your Google Account settings.
